Annual HOA Fees

To All Residents,

Due to technical difficulties, the 

Annual HOA fees are due July 1, 2022.

The HOA fee for 2022 is $350 + GST. The Invoice, Budget and a letter describing the methods of payment will be sent to each house by the end of May 2022 by mail as there were some technical difficulties. You will be given the ability to pay directly online via a secure PerfectMind payment portal.

Please note that penalty and interest will be applied on all outstanding accounts effective August 1, 2022 and subject to collection. Please keep an eye out for further communications.
